Like the Detroit episode, when Ford purposely unveiled the new GT, right before the Acura NSX, now Ford unveils the Focus RS, in the middle Honda's teasing campaign for the Civic Type R.
But, I'm sure that instead of being angry, Takanobu Ito would like to ask Bill Ford:
Do you even race, bro'?
And Ford is like.

Because NA V8s with over 800 horsepower and a 10,000 RPM redline isn't real racing.

....... does Ford race, bro?
Not sure if serious.
For the record not a Ford fanboy, but I am a fanboy of not making over-generalizing zealous statements.

Nope, that post was just for a few little laughs.

Still desperately want an RS over the Type R.
World worst interior?
Got multiple focal planes on the dash? The radio buttons and air vents may as well be in the passenger compartment. We've got one round air vent, two square and one triangle.

Australian media talks about Ford quitting V8 Supercars as a done deal. Work WRC support was withdrawn for a few years now and Nascar is to racing, what this guy is to wrestling.

Well since ford Australia is closing (if i recall) that makes sense with V8 supercar. Their website makes it seem like they are still active in WRC support though. But I don't follow so I don't know. And as for Nascar, well, I mean I don't care about it enough to comment, but it is what it is. Also no clue who that is...

Well, I certainly hope Honda gets fucking offended and gives us new powerful S600s and S2000s out the wazoo! That'll show Ford!
And then Kia actually delivers on their concept, wut?! And Infinity launches their coupe sooner?
I'm all in for a stiff competition - win win for car enthusiasts :)

I'm 100% sure. There are a bunch of different images that come up for 2016 type R.
I still think there are too many focal planes.

But those aren't factory teams.
That's why I didn't included the BTCC Honda Civic.
Or the B Spec fit.

Hmmmm! You make a valid point.

Thunder is not taken, it is generated.
" Honda's teasing campaign for the Civic Type R. " That's Honda, and by extension Acura's problem. All they do is tease, come find me when they actually produce the Type R or NSX.

Ford still provides financial and technical support to M-Sport for their WRC effort, they're just not a full factory team anymore. Also Ford is the only manufacturer involved in Baja desert racing, not to mention their Dakar program.
